ENHANCED MENTAL HEALTH AND PHYSICAL WELLBEING WITH MEDICAL AND CARDIAC REHABILITATION PSYCHOLOGIST DR. GRIDLEY

WELCOME FROM DR. G!

Dr. Gridley is a Medical Psychologist who does 40 consultations a month in acute care at UNC Health-Lenoir. He is a career long consultant to Cardiac Rehabilitation. His expertise is in adding immediate, practical value and direction for enhanced mental and physical wellbeing.

Are you struggling to understand and manage a new or chronic medical problem? Anxiety, depression, excessive negative thoughts, panic attacks, past trauma, isolation, poor sleep, and media bombardment (just to name a few!) can significantly impact your quality of life, peace of mind, and overall health. How well you understand and manage the interplay between mental health and medical challenges can make the difference between flourishing and personal decline. This is where my expertise in Medical Psychology and Cardiac Rehab can help.
If this resonates with you, an initial (and follow up) visit can begin to put you on a path to flourishing.
Since 2008, 95% of my practice has been with medical patients referred to me as a Medical and Cardiac Rehab Psychologist. Throughout my career I have successfully assisted patients in better understanding and managing their medical and psychological problems for improved health, quality of life, and peace of mind.
Schedule now (above) or contact me (below) to set up a time to talk and we'll begin your new path forward!

The APIT/PSYPACT certificate allows credentialed multi-state practice. I am listed in the National Register of Health Service Psychologists and licensed in North Carolina as a Health Service Provider.
